Jason Lee Real Estate runs this website. It is built and hosted by Snazzlo, which handles visitor information only on Jason Lee Real Estate's behalf, as its service provider.
Information you send
When you send a form on this site, what you enter (for example your name, email, phone number and message) goes to Jason Lee Real Estate so they can reply. Snazzlo stores it for them and checks it for spam, using a one-way hash of your network address.
Analytics
This site counts visits with cookieless analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics): pages viewed, the site you came from, your country and device type, in totals only. No cookies or identifiers are stored.
This site also uses Visitor insights, first-party analytics by Snazzlo. Your browser keeps a random identifier for this site only, which lets Jason Lee Real Estate see anonymous visit patterns: pages viewed, time on a page, buttons tapped, and that a form was sent, never what you typed. It is not used to identify you, not shared with other sites, not sold, and not used for advertising. Your approximate location (city or region) comes from your network address, which is not stored. Detailed records are kept for up to 13 months, then only daily totals. Visitors in the EU and UK are not given an identifier. If Jason Lee Real Estate sent you a link to this site, or a newsletter, it may carry a short code that tells them which of their links you opened. A code in a newsletter is tied to the email address it was sent to. If you send a form, Jason Lee Real Estate also sees how you first found this site (for example Google, or the name of a campaign or link), never your visits.
